Fish Paste Noodles, Sea Park

>> Sunday, September 21, 2008

** Updates: This stall has moved to a coffeeshop in Paramount Garden where Simon's Delight "dai chow" stall is...a corner coffeeshop next to New Seaview Restaurant**

Date: 16 September 2008
Venue: Stall in Sea Park, Petaling Jaya, opposite the Keong Fatt coffeeshop (near the market)
Opened for: Dinner only
Overall comments: The kuey teow's very smooth & there are a lot of meat (pork & fish paste) in the noodles. The soup tastes good, & the best part is that a bowl of noodles costs only RM3.50! The only thing is that you'll have to wait for quite a while as the crowd is indeed large for a small stall :)

Kuey Teow Soup with Minced Pork & Fish Paste (RM3.50/bowl)

Dry Kuey Teow

Soup with Minced Pork & Fish Paste
This bowl of soup comes with the dry noodles. The fish paste is VERY 'springy'!

If you happen to be around the Sea Park area, do pop by this place for a meal. It's really worth eating, despite the wait. Unless you are very particular about cleanliness, this place is one that I'll recommend ;) *yums*

@May: It has now moved to Paramount Garden! The restaurant beside New Sea View (I can't recall the name, but there's a stall called Simon's Delight in the same coffeeshop).
